A lot of readers have asked me where the NFC chip is on the Nexus 10. After several days of testing, thousands of hours in the lab, and 50 battery cycles, I have the answer:
The NFC chip on the Nexus 10 is located right by the rear camera.

You tell me, I got an NFC chip and Nexus 10 in my hands and it’s only picking up from the rear camera
seems to be in the front by the camera as well. consistently can pick up a tag in that location. not sure if thats the original chip or a secondary one.
