After almost seeming like a shoe-in for an introductory Nexus 100 app, Flipboard has finally become available for most, if not all, Android tablets, including the Nexus 10.
Flipboard is a social magazine which brings some of your social feeds and RSS news feed into a visual template, fused as one experience. You flip through pages of your friends’ latest pictures and status updates, all blended together with the hot news stories of the day so you’re not jumping from app to app.
It’s definitely a relief to finally see this great app available for tablets in the Play Store, as it surely adds a much-needed piece to the starving Android tablet app ecosystem.
